We took a short trip to Chicago for our family vacation the last week of July. We spent 2 nights there. The first day was just spent driving to Chicago and then crashing in our motel rooms. The second day, we got up bright and early and headed to the Shedd Aquarium. We spent all day there until they closed, and then we walked over to 12th St Beach and spent about another hour or so. The kids loved it and we had so much fun! We ended the day at TGI Friday's where they sang an early Happy Birthday to Brianna. (We love doing that to her!)
